I am of the opinion that at least two changes need to happen to the tax code.

- Alternative Minimum Tax - require each and every tax payer to pay a minimum of 5%.

- Alternative Maximum Tax - allow any taxpayer who’s net tax rate exceeds 25% to pay only that 25%. Allow those that do not wish to disclose the details of their finances to pay the 25% on a simple tax form.
