Also, I thought the kicking balls were more tightly controlled.

They have most likely been doing it all year.

the football was under-inflated because

all the hot air was diverted to the SOTU address instead

(pursuant to Executive Order)

9/10 losers surveyed said they were certain that their opponent cheated...[Sheesh!] Whatever happened to graceful defeat?!

May be, but the Colts’ Luck would have equally benefited, so I don’t see that as a factor in that game. In fact, since the Colt are a one-dimensional team (passing only, lousy running game) the Colts could have befitted more that the Pats, if the balls were actually deflated.

When they lost to Kansas City, I guess the ball boy forgot to deflate the footballs. I bet he got demoted big time !

Headline at ESPN:

Arrogance demands consequences

Arrogance IS a Red England tradition. They cheat in Presidential primaries, as well...

Does Brady have small hands for a QB?

Not a fan of any of the final four teams.

Is it a rule or not? Is a team allowed to modify ball pressure during/before a game? No they cannot.

The integrity of the NFL has taken a beating this year and if a satisfactory(I don't know what that is) punishment is not a applied, it will just add fuel to the fire.

I believe the footballs were all overinflated when I played receiver. That is the sole reason I couldn’t hang on to them.

Looking at the record, the Pats must have been using totally flat balls against the Bills for the last 14 years.....

Maybe we should invite all the teams to the Super Bowl and have one big “you’re all winners” party.

This story by the Ravens, unfortunately, is fried bologna sandwich, as I used to say.

Remember, footballs used for kicking field goals, punts and kickoffs--the so-called K balls--are not handled by the teams involved in the game; they are kept directly by NFL officials and only brought out and used on field goal tries, punts nad kickoffs. As such, it's just about impossible for the Patriots personnel to "doctor" such footballs in the first place.

It will be interesting to see if Brady can throw a REAL football in the superbowl. If he has a stinky day it will hint that the patriots have been cheating for years
