Sniffle sniffle Boo Hoo...bUt, But, But, the ranchers might get mad having a wall built on their property. WHAAA!!!!! I doubt they would mind if rightfully compensated for the portion of land taken considering the huge damage illegals do to their land. But believe it or not I've heard that excuse in FR. Eminent Domain was written for such necessities as border security. It was not intended though for stealing land for developers.
