With a degree from the prestigious HEC Paris business school, five years at a global consulting firm, and a three-floor “dream apartment” in the French capital’s 10th arrondissement, Mickael Nadjar had a comfortable and prosperous life in his native France.
Four years ago, he left it all behind and headed for Tel Aviv. While he initially came to lead a business project in Israel, Nadjar ended up staying because he was tired of the daily frustrations and slights endured by practicing Jews in France. After the Paris attacks on Charlie Hebdo magazine and a kosher supermarket this month, Nadjar says, more friends have started contemplating a similar move.
“I would not raise my children in France,” said Nadjar, 32, who now lives in Tel Aviv’s gentrifying Florentin neighborhood. “When I was growing up, to say you’re a Jew in France wasn’t a problem. Now, I’m not so sure.”

Given Europe’s historic treatment of Jews, I wish they would all make aliyah.
Either aliyah or come here, the more here the more support for Israel and opposition to radical Islam. P.S. when I typed “radical” the phone’s next suggestion was”Islam”; my phone is smarter than my President.

Irony that Jews feel safe in the middle of the middle east than in France.
Barring talkradio Jews, Jews in the West are more afraid of methodical Christians and whites than some brutish Islamics and Arabs.
What do you mean by methodical Christian?
Christians work through the system and laws, rarely through violence or brute force, and that scares the liberals, including Jews.
Don’t know that I agree wit hyou. If the use of system is in service to natural law I do not see how Jews would have a problem. That is their prediliction as well. Using the law in service to nefarious agenda is another matter.
As Rush is fond of saying conservatives become angry about lying. Liberals go ballistic when confronted by truth.
