Two gay dads are shocked that a religious private school in Tennessee has refused to accept their children for enrollment.
Yahoo reports that Brian Copeland and Greg Bullard applied to the school after a friend said he believed the school would accept their family arrangement.
Copeland further explained the situation on his Facebook page.
We chose this school because of its rigorous faith-based K-12 academics and extra curricular activities; and, a friend with a son there asked them if a family like ours would be allowed and was told yes. After a phone conversation, fully disclosing we are a two-dad family, an appointment was set for us. I received this letter canceling our appointment without even getting a chance.
1. Little boys to molest
2. Sue for money
WTF? Obviously you haven’t read my posts.
I ain’t fooled.
You’re a moron.
Copeland and Bullard aren’t planning any legal action against the school.
You are right. Brian and Greg definitely need to sue the friend who gave them bad advice.

I actually agree. Let the Christian schools have the children. Then they can teach them not to be a homosexual just because it’s the current fad.
Seems to me that the school should have sat down with the men and told them that they would teach the children that homosexual unions were sinful just like they would teach them that adulterous unions and intoxication were sinful.
Butt baby. Like Obama.
Hard hitting analysis!
Why would they really want to attend a school like this? It is antithetical to their world view.
Public schools are horrible and I could see that as the reason, but there are plenty of private day schools that would love to take them.
Well, except for maybe this one?
I would allow the children to attend but I would force the dads to sign a consent form basically spelling out to them
how homosexuality was going to be treated as concept by the school. My guess is that it wont stop the lawsuit but it will make it a up hill battle as far as winning the lawsuit they are angling for.
Copeland and Bullard arent planning any legal action against the school.
-Yet.
Once the kids were accepted they would have found some complaint based on some bias against their, er, mores, and proceeded to litigate.
Well, that settles it. If some random parent says its all OK, then it must be OK.
I wonder what the homosexuals would do, if the school told them that. Sounds like a great plan.
the gay community swore up and down they would NOT go after religious organizations and that they ‘just wanted to be happily married’ Yet they’ve doen nothing BUT go after religious groups, businesses, churches, schools etc- now that they got what they wanted-
It’s really sick when they use children to push their agenda. Can you imagine how screwed up the kid must already be???
Can same sex couples join church membership (not merely attending services)?
If same sex couples can “join” then the arguments against providing same sex marriage services go out the window.
Celebrate sin and abandon biblical principles.
...attend school functions holding hands (and giving each other a kiss?).
Camel's nose under the tent.
It is entirely “Christian” to extend God’s teaching and grace to these children, even while simultaneously recognizing that the “two daddies” are living a sinful lifestyle. Christ came to save the lost.
If the children reared by homosexuals begin wrestling between the values they learned at school as those taught at home, that’s good.
We’ve had a lesbian couple attend our church years back . Instead of booting them out, our Pastor said they were welcome to attend, but not to become members while they were in this relationship. After regular church attendance and clear Biblical teaching, one woman repented and has left the lifestyle, choosing a life of abstinence rather than to continue in her rebellion against God. The other woman never attended again.
God could well use the ignorance of these homosexuals to save the children.
Like the ones who comb church bulletins looking for a Christian florist to do the arrangements for their same-sex ceremony.
or what does the kid answer when another kid asks what did your Mom make you for lunch?
