A handful of Bay Area cities have exceptional tobacco control policies, but many more are in need of improvement, according to a statewide report released this week.
The American Lung Association in California’s State of Tobacco Control 2015 report overall found that many Bay Area cities were leading the state in its policies but a larger number were stagnating, organization officials said.
What this country needs is government control.
Tobacco bad. But hey, government sanctioned pot: woo hoo!

i asked one local smoke nazi if she was perhaps AROMA-PHOBIC. That didnt go well at all.
the no smoking in somebody else’s business establishment I can live with....
no smoking everywhere......is just plain insane
ive had people fifty yards away pretend to be waving the smoke form my cigarette away with their hand...and covering their mouth and nose as they approach my “position’.
