It was my understanding that’s why Obama didn’t want to meet with Netanyahu when he visits the US - it’s so close to their elections so he would not influence the election. lol

Does anyone know what the polls are saying? Is Netanyahu ahead? A lot ahead?

Neyanyahu’s party is very likely to lose the upcoming election to Labor.

Think of Bibi as an Israeli John Boehner. He doesn’t like his own right wing but is despised by the Left despite tending to govern from there. His base of support has been shrinking.
