The Davis area, which is controlled by the deans, professors and employees of UC Davis decades ago was a left wing stronghold and was like a socialist/fascist city.

Twice, I refused to be relocated to be based in that left wing hell hole, and the guy, who replaced me corporate wise moved into Davis. He lasted just under 3 years before he got a transfer out.

Later, he and his wife told me that it has taken decades to get out the left wing fascism ingrained into their young sons in just a few years. Their sons finally woke up in their 40’s age wise.
