I know it’s over — or should be — So, I turn away from the game and start typing something here on Free Republic. Then I hear everyone going nuts. Look up and the Patriots have the ball and Collinsworth is blasting an incredibly stupid call.
The Pats dominated the offensive stats, but the Seahawks made the big plays save one. It was almost a replay of the Packers game. The question will be who was responsible for calling that last play. Offensive coordinator or Carroll?

this is why this long time Seahawk fan turned against them when Carroll came on....he was a cheating college coach who got away with tons of stuff IMO...I don’t think cheaters should be rewarded...

I only rooted for the Seahawks cause as an LA gal, we hate everything Boston..from the Celtics to the Red Sox to the Patriots..but I absolutely despise Pete Carroll, he is just an ass..always has been, going back to his USC days..but that last play, even I could have done a better job. It would like if the Lakers were down 1 with 5 seconds left and instead of giving the ball to Kobe they give the ball to Sacre LOL
Game's over now, but during halftime I was in my office next door to the big TV and kept yelling to my wife and daughter how utterly sucky the music was.
