Walid Shoebat has an interesting take on Japan, and so far events have held up his opinion. He feels that Japan is preparing for war and wants to change their constitution to allow it. Japan's PM did not negotiate seriously with ISIS, so that when its citizens were executed, it would provide political support to change the constitution.

I like their martial arts, their history and warrior class and their willingness to take it to extremes, such as with their Kamikaze forces.

I'd say Japan is in a better position against the Islamic threat than any country in the world.

This is primarily because it is an island nation with a strong navy, and there are damn few Mohammedans in Japan.
