You should be free to swing your fist to your heart's content, but that freedom ends when another person's face begins. You (and your kids) should be free to get measles, smallpox, and polio to your heart's content as well, but that doesn't give you the right to put other at risk.

A simple solution: you have the right not to vaccinate. Schools, private or public, and for that matter any other organizations, businesses, agencies, and any other entities have the right not to admit or employ those who aren't vaccinated.
