A number of Arabs are using the name Daesh rather than ISIL, as it has a really insulting connotation. Also, generalized rage at Daesh, Boko Haram, and others is really building up in the region, along with action. See this link and comments and then click some of the other links displayed there:

The rage in Islamic countries is particularly strong about the burning to death as it means there is no body to go to paradise. In other words, death forever.

So why do Americans continue to use isil or isis or other terms when an insult is so readily available? Daesh it is.

It makes me think that the tens of thousands of refugees from Syria would also be cheering the president of Jordan on. I assume some of them are muslim (also Christians) but if anything, this should give them something to think about but they probably saw so many horrors fleeing those monsters that they’re numb with grief. I wonder if they are concentrated in camps? Not much is said about them other than they are in Jordan and what is the world doing to help them? TALK?
