He outright lied. He lied because he and others like him lie regularly to the population at large in their so-called trusted stewardship of the “truth.” That perhaps is the biggest lie of all. As I said on an earlier thread: I wonder why not even one of the "news" crew that was with him never stepped up to call the lying sack of crap out on this bald faced lie.
