I'm not sure how well the intended lesson sank in, but I am pretty sure they succeeded in scarring this poor child for life.

After about a month of bawling his head off, he might come around and admit that hey, it was kind of redneck funny. But he wishes he could see his uncle in jail.
I wouldn’t wish that experience on any kid, but sometimes people do have ways of recovering... God has a lot to do with it.
