I always thought that Reagan’s Kennedy would cast the deciding vote for this, but it may be that GWB’s Roberts joins in too just to show how “Republicans” care.

I would not at all be surprised if:
(a) the vote ends up 6-3 this Summer;
(b) the Left gloats over that result, suggesting that it ‘isolates’ the 3 originalists on the court.
