Here’s the thing...most people will be assessed the fine...then quit the business and leave the state. Don’t worry....the state will hire out some unit to chase these people for months and years...trying to get the fine. So, their life is ruined, period. You will eventually bankrupt enough people that we all learn to just grin and take it....with no arguments or hesitation.
Or in cases like this one where the bakers lives are ruined, direct action is taken and all parties to the complaint have their lives ruined.
