My (figurative) money is for Mrs. Clinton to undergo a comprehensive face lift coupled with a crash diet. (She may even visit some Arkansas truckstops for a wardrobe update of brand new pantsuits.)

Face lifts, one cautions, have a nastily high frequency of not working out as planned.

It's sadly amazing, for example, how many Hollywood ladies traded graceful aging for a surgically endowed, full clown face.
