Sad to hear the GOP wants to do their bidding.

As I understand it, this case has to do with states choosing no to set up Obamacare exchanges, so the federal government did so in those states. But the legislation states that “the state” is the entity to set up exchanges.

I would love to see the liberal choke on this. They imposed a gargantuan 2000 page bill on us, a bill which nobody had read or completely understood. They insisted that it had to be done this way. Now they come back and say it was a mere technical error in language which indicated that a state was the entity to set up the exchange, rather than the federal government.

Seems to me we wouldn’t have these problems in the first place, if Congress didn’t pass monstrosities with 2000 pages unread and not understood.

What does it say about Democrats, that they had what they call a technical error in their utopian Obamacare legislation in the first place?????

What does it say about the ACA itself, that it had to be "passed" to find out what was in it? We could say the same thing about a bowel movement.

(I am not the first to notice the similarity.)
