They should have sent in the Marines. The ROE would have prevented us from doing anything like that.

The cop needs to be jailed for 12-24 months or so, to reflect on his crime. Reflect on his crime? He needs to be punished. This cop is the type of scum who needs to be thrown in a cage and set on fire. Unreasonable use of force against an innocent, under color of authority.

“The cop needs to be jailed for 12-24 months or so, to reflect on his crime.”
You really think that’s adequate? My guess is that he will do 5-10. He should do more time if any thing because he acted under color of authority. Just hope his cellmate is Indian, homosexual and very large! Oh how far our LEOs have fallen. There are far too many of them who are criminals with badges.

So, they teach the young punks in the pleece academies to leg-sweep the diminutive old guy, and jam him into the ground.
Got to make the peasant suck the ground with his face.

The officer tells a third, approaching officer that Patel doesnt speak a lick of English, and that they were trying to pat him down. I dont know what his problem is, but he wont listen, one of the officers adds. Obviously those officers are not very bright, as it is quite obvious why a man who doesnt speak a lick of English is not responding to requests made in English.

“rail gun human cannonball things”
The Germans had a cannon like that in France that was designed to shoot artillery shells as big around as a New Jersey governor across the channel into England.
It was mostly underground and was a couple miles long. The payload’s propulsion was assisted by charges all along its trip through the ‘tube’.
Maybe the Indians had something similar for use against Pakistan or China and Mr. Patel Sr., being of suitable caliber for the job, achieved stratospheric trajectory landing in Madison?

A lawyer for Patel has filed a lawsuit against the Madison Police Department, alleging that his constitutional civil rights were violated and seeking damages. The lawsuit was filed Thursday in federal district court. The Madison, Alabama taxpeasants need an eight-figure bill jammed up their keesters dry to wake them up.

In the police video, an officer then tells Patel, Do not jerk away from me again. If you do, Im gonna put you on the ground. They shold have kicked in the door and shot the wife & kids for this act of defiance.

Oh, and the 17-month-old baby, too - it will have genetic Oppositional Defiance Disorder.
Refusal to follow Police Commands, and whatnot.

If I may ask, what’s the other type?

The cop could have shot the guy. Then he could have made it all right and gotten praise from the chief if he remembered to tell other cops that he “felt threatened.”

One of the two police videos shows the officer holding Patel forcefully, pushing him to the ground. Patel, on the ground, is then told to chill out by one of the officers. The officer tells a third, approaching officer that Patel doesnt speak a lick of English, and that they were trying to pat him down. I dont know what his problem is, but he wont listen, This tells you all you need to know about the cop.
