Doesn’t matter if it’s a Glock, Beretta, or whatever. You must maintain trigger discipline at all times. No exceptions, otherwise you are being mortally careless.

55 years old...I can totally understand how she missed hitting her breast. If she did hit one, she’d have a busted knee-cap instead.

Just plain weird if she did manage to somehow do that herself.

I own both an auto and a revolver, but I am much more comfortable carrying the revolver. I have a Ruger SP 101 2.25”, which has a trigger pull out of the box in excess of 11 lb. The trigger pull and the transfer-bar safety make accidental discharge nearly impossible.

I would never carry a Glock, which only has a trigger safety that could prove worthless if the trigger snags on a bra or in a purse. My Springfield XD subcompact has both a trigger safety and backstrap safety, and while I deem it more safe than a Glock, I don’t think it is as safe as the revolver.

I recently purchased a “Sticky” holster. It makes concealed carry more comfortable than I could have imagined. http://www.stickyholsters.com/

I use one of those as well. Carry my .38 in that holster in my front pocket. My pajamas also have pockets and I keep it in the holster in my my PJ's if I'm lounging around the house. Basically, it is in my pocket until I put it on the nightstand to go to sleep.

Glock?

That was my very first thought, too.

No matter what pulls the trigger, a glock'll go bang.

"I would never own anything but a revolver"

It's the "Striker Fire" semi-autos that seem to be the problem.
Hammer fire semi-autos are much safer. Just like a Revolver.
Hammer must be cock or trigger must be pulled to cock hammer to fire.

The Glock DA trigger is anything but “light”. It’s a long, relatively heavy pull. I can’t shoot my Model 23 without a lot of practice.

I have a paddle holster that the piece snaps into & protects the trigger. Can’t imagine that working with a deep carry holster.

Thanks for thr input.

I've only handled and fired a few Glocks and they had fairly light and smooth triggers.

Might have been worked on.

After reading through this string of comments, it seems 90% of the respondents have less understanding of firearms than of Karma Transfer.

Its the "striker fire" semi-autos that do not have the added feature of a manual safety or backstrap safety.
