The post I responded to said Walker affirmatively ‘tabled’ the bill. In Wisconsin, Republicans have a majority in both houses and can enact this legislation and it is still on their agenda.

But Gov. Walker stopped short of saying he would veto right-to-work legislation.
“You ask me about hundreds of bills every year and I usually say we’ll wait until we get closer to the process,” said Gov. Walker. “I mean a month from today is the day we all take the oath of office, so it’s pretty premature to be commenting on any piece of legislation.”

Gov. Walker’s comments come just a day after Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau) announced he would lead the debate on right-to-work legislation early in the new session that begins in January.
Walker has never run on right-to-work so its not running from a fight on his part.
If Walker liberated his citizens from automatic paycheck withdrawal of union fees, why not liberate them from Unions while the iron was hot? Why did he ‘stand up’, then sit back down when and while victory was assured?
It’s his state, but implementing RTW would make WI much more appealing for businesses to move to. Union goons trashed his Capitol, tried to ruin his life, threatened his family, why didn’t he cut them off at the knees when it was a sure thing?
Sounds more like a treaty or truce than ‘defeated the Unions.’ But it’s his state, again, so?
I reread what Ted Cruz was reported to have said and it is more disturbing than I thought.
Ted Cruz is reported to have said that the Obama Administration “IS PRINTING” work authorizations. Ted Cruz does not mince words or stretch meanings of words. He did not say “MAY PRINT”, he said “IS PRINTING”.
Now I said correctly that General Dynamics would cease any work order for DAPA/Expanded DACA hologram ID Cards as per the federal injunction order.
And I also said correctly that only authorized federal agencies and contractors would be allowed to distribute any such IDs if they were manufactured.
But how far off is it to think that Obama’s people are using an off-shore facility to manufacture to required spec the hologram IDs with all the security features?
And how far off is it to think that Obama’s Community Organizer Network is involved in distributing the IDs to illegals, perhaps to a network behind Rep. Luis Gutierrez of IL? He threaten unprecedented militancy yesterday and revealed blatantly that illegals would show up in mass at the voting booth in November 2016.
The above points would qualify for a conspiracy theory if it were not for Ted Cruz’ statements.
WHAT IS NEEDED is for the AG Paxton and US Marshals to plan and launch as soon as possible a series of STING OPERATIONS using Latino American agents to pose as illegals, obtain false documentation from Mexican Consulates (Obama met recently with Nieto to facilitate documents for illegals), provide application information to one of Obama’s ‘Community Service Officers’ and wait for the hologram ID Card, either in the mail or at a location for pickup.
The above needs to be ASAP.
The ‘Immigrant Advocate Groups’ have already been reported in the news that they are forging ahead with collecting applications regardless of the injunction ruling. They can do that legally but no more than that. In fact their network should be infiltrated and their database hacked to gain names and other information of ‘illegals in the shadows’.
Ted Cruz met days ago with Governor Abbott and AG Paxton. I hope they discussed the necessity of putting together an investigation. Perhaps Ted Cruz learned from AG Paxton about the counterfeiting of documents? However it surfaced, it needs to be investigated and prosecuted.
I believe Ted Cruz has seen evidence of counterfeiting and therefore probable cause is established. With probable cause the US Marshal service will be able to investigate and plan stings if necessary.
If what I said regarding offshore facilities to manufacture IDs to spec is true, then using a domestic network to distribute or illicit distribution via the US Mail or other carrier would be grounds for High Treason that comprises an internal attack against the United States.
This is not a child’s game. This is Chicago Style tactics described above. This is the mindset of ‘Bill Ayers’ and the Hard Core Left. I sincerely pray that Texas and the other 25 states of the lawsuit are briefed on what Ted Cruz is talking about.

* Hundreds of thousands of Syrians to be granted refugee status and brought to the USA. Many will surely be ISIS plants.
* Pending attempt to takeover the Internet.
* Holder lamenting recently that his biggest failure was in failing to enact federal gun control.
* Obama deflecting blame to Christians causing violence.
Things are truly beginning to coalesce in an image of ‘fundamental transformation’. I am not prone to conspiracy theory but circumstances indicate a takeover plan is being executed.

5 million new RAT voters is more than enough to swing ‘16 POTUS election, let alone statehouses, judges etc.
Stings must begin immediately, especially in voter registration. Hiring managers must be stung for accepting the new work cards. The IRS must be stung for accepting the new SSN cards for tax purposes.
The penalty for checking ‘yes’ on the I am a US Citizen on voter applications must be instant deportation if falsified, in fact a copy of Birth Certificate or Naturalization Card must be submitted.
Hostage, did you know that DAPA/DACA employees don’t count towards the 50 limit on how many employees can have before zerocare mandates kick in? This intrinsically makes DAPAs more valuable than citizens!
And as to the Public Comment period that zero ignored, and Hanen cited, we need to see that the new SSN cards largely and clearly designate citizenship as NO. Same with the green cards. Same with Drivers’ Licenses issued.

I simply made (make) phone calls and try to speak, personally, to my elected Representatives. Being a thorn in their side...squeeky wheel, etc. Gov Abbott and his counterparts/colleagues are the ones who made this happen....to the encouragement and cheers of many!
Let’s pray that this injunction holds and any (additional) nefarious actions by this admin are being dealt with, by Texas AND the other 25 states. Hopefully, more states will join in this lawsuit, as well.

What do you think the next step will be, now that Ted has has shown light on the printing of the documents? The people Hanen named are literally in for jail if they are in contempt of his court. Do you think the documents are already in the hands of the illegals? Are those 1-800 #s the white hut set up still ringing if you call - the ones for illegals to rat on Border Patrol, ICE and Homeland Security if they feel they’ve been mistreated? Technically, if we dial those numbers we should get ‘I’m sorry, this is’, right?

Walker stands out among politicians because he follows through with his campaign. Jobs, concealed carry, killing high speed rail, pro-life and cutting spending. He did include reforms of public unions in his plan. These were the source of Wisconsin’s rising taxes and debt - as well as crappy academic performance in the inner city.
He was quite explicit that he was not after private unions, especially while the Act 10 insurrection was active.
He struck a death blow to the public employees unions. Who else has done that?

You want him to be more conservative, fine. Wisconsin has a lot of blue collar culture. My family is still not speaking from the Act 10 fight. I’m fine with right to work energy coming from the now even more conservative Republican state legislature and Walker not looking like another Obama, evolving after his election.
Don’t make some story that Walker is some kind of running coward when he never listed right to work as a goal. When he (and his lt governor, and the Republican leadership) has stayed the course through a deluge of credible death threats to his family. The thugs were back in front of his house night before last.
