I don't understand what this means. That it's against the law in Wisconsin to organize politically? That can't be right.

According to the article, even the people who are supposed to administer that law can’t figure out what the heck it could possibly mean.

IOW, it’s a signed blank check for anybody who has the *audacity* to act like the Gestapo.
