There's no doubt that accused murderer, Eddie Ray Routh, is guilty of killing NAVY SEAL Chris Kyle and his friend. I don't believe the defense can plead diminished capacity (he did the deed, but was nuts at the time).

I'm certain the jury will convict and give him the death penalty. The appeal will say that Routh is really crazy, and a death sentence is cruel and unusual punishment for him because he's incapable of understanding WHY he's been given the death sentence.

Horse feathers! It doesn't matter whether the man was sane or not; he did the deed, was convicted, was given the death sentence. Set up to the fast track, Mr. Routh, to be number 1 on Death Row. I'm certain other prisoner's would allow you to jump the line.
