You’re right, I have never met before and don’t expect ever to meet someone so incompetent as to NEVER get anything right. I have tried to explain to some who just don’t get it that anyone who can take a long multiple choice test and make a zero can take the same test and ace it because someone who is just guessing is going to guess correctly sometime. To make a zero you must know all the correct answers and deliberately give the wrong answers. Governing is essentially a multiple choice test, you have people suggesting options and you pick one, this applies to the executive branch as well as the legislature. If you see this administration doing what seems to be right there are two possibilities, either the matter is totally inconsequential so they have taken the liberty of doing the right thing for appearance or you are misinterpreting the situation.
