Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest

Where does the Obama Administration find these people?

How did Marie Harf - the deputy spokesperson for the State Department's Bureau of Public Affairs - get her job?

On Monday she provided the latest proof that Barack Obama and the people he's surrounded himself with are not just dangerously incompetent, they're idiots.

Appearing on MSNBC's "Hardball with Chris Matthews," Harf said the best way to fight Islamic terrorism is not with guns and bombs but with job programs.

That's right.

After watching barbaric ISIS armies sweeping across the deserts of the Middle East and slaughtering innocents by the thousands for purely religious reasons, the Obama administration apparently thinks one of the root causes that lead people to join terrorist groups is a lack of good job opportunities.

Harf was being dumb, but she was completely serious.

"We cannot kill our way of this war" against terror, she said, adding that "there is no easy solution in the long term to preventing and combating Islamic extremism."

Harf says the Obama administration thinks that while America and its allies deal with the terrorists militarily we should be building up the broken economies of Iraq, Syria, Libya, etc., etc.

That way, according to Obama Foreign Policy Logic, the religious fanatics who sign up to kill and die for ISIS and other Islamic terrorist groups would be given more civilized career choices.

Instead of beheading or incinerating innocent people merely for being Jewish or Christian, they could flip burgers at the Baghdad McDonalds, work on an Exxon oil rig or become a community organizer in Mosul.

Harf's naive comments betray the third-rate quality of Obama's "Dumb and Dumber" White House staff, who prove the legitimacy of the Peter Principle every day.

America has become the laughing stock of the world because of statements like Harf's.

But at least she used the correct term "Islamic extremism" to describe what ISIS and its terrorist soldiers are practicing and what we are fighting against.

> Obama's stubborn refusal to acknowledge that reality is perverse.

It makes you want to grab him by the scruff of his neck, look him in the eye and tell him, "Repeat after me: 21 Coptic Christians - not '21 Egyptian citizens' -- were beheaded in Libya by radical Islamist terrorists for religious reasons."

When he gets that right, I'd tell him to repeat after me:

"Those four Jews murdered in a kosher deli in Paris were not just 'a bunch of folks' who were 'randomly' shot," as you put it before you were forced to describe it more accurately. "They were targeted by a Islamic terrorist because they were Jews."

Attorney General Eric Holder thinks it doesn't matter whether his boss calls terrorists "vicious, violent zealots," which Obama has said, or "radical Islamist terrorists," which he won't say.

Holder knocked Fox News Tuesday for its crusade to get Obama to use the accurate term, saying that the president's military deeds speak louder - and are more important -- than his words.

Yeah, Eric, that sure makes sense. It'd be kinda like FDR constantly referring to the Nazi Party as "an overly aggressive political club" while we bombed Germany in 1944.

The crazy thing is, this administration actually uses tougher language on Fox News than it does on radical Islam.

Fox News and conservatives are not the only one criticizing Obama for refusing to link the terrorism war with its religious roots, however.v Democrat Leon Panetta, his former Secretary of Defense, and sensible world leaders have called for more truthful talk from President Obama.vOK, Mr. President. I'll give you this: We're not in a war against the religion of Islam.

But repeat after me:v"We're in a Holy War being waged by radical Islamic terrorists who want to form their own oppressive Caliphate across the Middle East.

"They are out to murder Christians, Jews and anyone else who doesn't believe in their evil, fundamental strain of Islam."

Please figure this out quickly, Mr. President. We may not have another two years.

Obama always hires the dumbest, and least qualified people he can find. It is much easier to control them this way.

Sorry, Mike.

They're not dangerously-incompetent idiots.

If they were, they'd occasionally "get it right", just by accident.

But they never do.

They're malignantly evil, intent on putting most of us in the grave and the rest in chains.

It’s interesting the way socialists approach theological concepts but when it comes to Islam they are not the only ones who refuse to approach the issue. That even includes leading Christian clergy including Pope Francis.

Followers of Mohammed not only claim, but truly believe that God has authorized them to kill those who refuse to submit to their version of God’s will. That is a basic tenet of that religion. A claim which goes unchallanged. While it’s understandable for atheists which most socialists are, not to approach that claim on a theological basis. Because simply eliminatimg those who believe in its execution will not end its practice. Islam must be discredited and condemed.

It’s bewildering why many Christian clergy concerned about “political correctness “ refuse to address what an insult to God it is and worse yet are unable to condem then convince and convert its advocates and adhearants they are followers of an evil creed .

The Koran which was not given to Mohammed by God but by some angel .Demanding enforcement of sharia law which draws heavily from the Torah. It is a pseudo religious concoction using monotheistic selected texts, taken and misconstrued from the old .(bible) and new testaments. Both of which cite the Almighty has granted free will to accept or obey his laws and is the final judge not man. Sodom and Gormora , “Let he who is without sin cast the stone” are outstanding examples from both books. One deals with sin and God’s decision toward a group the other to an individual, neither is left to man.

Yet followers of Mohammed under the severest of penalties are forbidden to read either which would refute that assertion in a creed which institutionalizes disgusting arab tribal views, observances, and customs. Claiming adhearants are authorized by our Creator to demand submission to it or suffer an ignominious death administered by followers of Islam simply because they answer the call to prayer 5 times a day.

He doesn’t always hire the dumbest but he almost always hires the anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-Jewish pro-IslamoNazi trash. That’s the consistent element.

Ms. Harf, 30, is keeping her name. She works in Chicago as the associate policy director for national security for President Obama’s re-election campaign. Before joining it in December, she was a spokeswoman for the Central Intelligence Agency. She graduated from Indiana University and received a master’s degree in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.

She is the daughter of Jane Ax Harf of Granville, Ohio, and James E. Harf of St. Louis. The bride’s father is the associate vice president and the director of the Center for Global Education at Maryville University in St. Louis. He is also a professor emeritus of political science at Ohio State University in Columbus. Her mother is the director of the University Clean Energy Alliance of Ohio, a statewide organization in Columbus that supports clean energy research.

Mr. Lucas, also 30, is completing a master’s degree in law and diplomacy at Tufts University. He graduated magna cum laude from Yale.

He is the son of Tricia H. Lucas and John E. Lucas of Manchester, N.H. The bridegroom’s mother works in Concord, N.H., as the advocacy director for New Futures, a nonprofit organization that combats alcohol and drug abuse. His father is a lawyer for the State of New Hampshire Office of Legislative Services in Concord.

James Harf on Mid-Term 2010 Elections
Posted by: Dustin York November 2, 2010

James Harf is the Associate Vice President and Director of the Center for Global Education at Maryville University. Harf is also a professor teaching Political Science courses at Maryville University. He brings to the classroom personal experiences of global research and travel.

A tiny glimpse of personal experiences include: surviving a terrorist bombing in London where six people within 30 feet were killed, helping to create a model for the Polish government’s post-Cold War curriculum revision program and examining counter-terrorist measures in Egypt and other parts of the world.

He continues to lead numerous student study-abroad tours throughout the world. For years, Harf regularly appeared on TV as a commentator on world events.

Q: What sets the 2010 Mid-term elections apart from previous mid-term elections?

A: Mid-term elections are typically mid-course corrections to any anomalies that happened two years earlier. This is different for a couple of reasons. We had a failed economy and a failed war, which initially brought President Obama into power. The economy is not recovering as quickly as people thought it might, despite President Obama’s best effort. We also still have troops in Afghanistan and Iraq. The second difference has been this emergence of the Tea Party- which essentially says that we want government out of everything, except we want government to be very much involved in telling us how to live our social lives. It’s a contradiction. Richard Maddow of NBC used the phrase “God, Guns and Gays.” They want to put more religion into government, the want to protect the right to own guns and they want to keep gays out of everything.

Q: What issues should matter the most to the public?

A: What is interesting is, as a political scientist, we always says ‘always keep it local.” The point of fact is the candidates are not talking about local issues, but they are talking about national issues. The candidates are talking about the massive debt we [Americans] have. The Republican candidates are saying that the debt is a result of President Obama and the Democratic candidates, on contrary, a result of George Bush’s policies. Bush’s Tax cuts are set to expire- The mega-rich Republicans want to keep the tax cuts and the Democrats want to eliminate the tax cuts for the mega-rich. Another issue that is important in this election is that the Republicans want to turn back health reform.

Q: Are you satisfied with the choice of candidates in this election?

A: No, I am not satisfied with the choices. I’ve been appalled watching this election and the incredible lack of knowledge that candidates have about how our government functions. One senate candidate did not know what the First Amendment was. There are candidates that contradict themselves. On one hand, they say that they do not want the government in personal lives and on the other hand, they want the government to stop abortions. Then there is the question of secret money that is coming from very wealthy people and is being funneled through groups, like the U.S. House of Chamber of Congress. Candidates are not disclosing where the money is coming from. Another issue in candidates is the issue of terrorism. A lot of Conservative candidates are making incredible racist and ethnic comments that we never had in elections before. I find it appalling and I cannot believe that a majority of Americans are going to resignate to that.

He doesn’t actively seek out the stupid, he just does all his recruiting from the halls of academe, bringing to mind of course the old (but regrettably, largely true) saw about “Those that can, do;
those that can’t, teach at liberal universities.”

OK, I modified that last part slightly to make it proof against rebuttal.

At least 50% of those going to college these days, have no business being there. Just because some mope can attend 200 lectures? You and I both know that one can have the ability to memorize a text book, and yet be unable to tie their shoes!
