How does the coast provincial general hospital fit in with the statement below about 0 not having been born in Kenya; there must be some reason to believe the ‘born in kenya’

I don't know whether you are putting me on or really aren't able to get it. But I will try one more time.
He says he was born at Coast Provincial General Hospital in Mombasa Kenya; that statement is evidence; since it is the only evidence out there which bears on where he was born, it is the best evidence of where he was born.
