While Michelle Obama was explaining her new challenge to Americans to go to social media to give her five examples of things that they are doing to lead a healthier life, the president entered.

Lighten up, the King and Queen are allowed a bit of levity for a good cause.
But you know when the circumstances require it, King Obongo can be as serious as can be.
Late night TV show appearances, interviews with world-renowned journalists like GloZell, and documenting his busy days with the help of a selfie stick show how serious The King can be when doing the people’s business of transforming our dysfunctional and unworthy country.
