That’s not popcorn; no, it’s little left-wing brains exploding.

I’ll bet Carl Rove and the establishment rinos heads are exploding too. They will be working as hard as the left to destroy him in order to bring in their boy Jeb and shove him down our throats.

Scott Walker grabs early GOP front-runner status, pulling away from the field and crushing Jeb Bush – as strategy to be 'everyone's second choice' takes shape

What I don’t get is why Ted Cruz isn’t in the top two or three.

He screws the Left and subsequently wins elections.

What's not to like?

Not many know him. And the media has made a mockery of him calling him the crazy uncle or something like that. He was palinized.....the media sucks. He may be able to rise above it but I am sure it won’t be easy. But nothing in life that is worthwhile is easy.

Cruz is not campaigning yet. All the news is about Walker and so far Walker is playing the media like a Strad.

Love Ted Cruz, but there is so much dislike for him out there; the media has done a great job attacking him and he has made enemies in the GOP. I know, we all love that, but it takes a toll. As brilliant as he is with a great legal background, not much executive experience.

Walker personally offends no one and the Media / Democrats (same thing) are going after him because they fear him - his resume, his ability to win elections, his likability. Most important, he is vetted and tested. We don’t have to wonder if he is the real deal, he has proven it.

He’s never governed. And so is untested. Senators seldom win the Presidency, so there is lot going against him, without any hit pieces from the media.

Walker/Carson 2016. I’m ok with that.... Leave Cruz in the Senate as a firebrand to shake out the old, crusted limp zombies.

Walker has taken the worst the left and the unions can dish out, and won. In that respect, he is already battle tested.

I wonder if pretty soon, the MSM will call upon GOPe to disarm Walker as a threat, eg, some idiot enabler like McCain will answer a reporter’s question about how many toes Obama has on each foot, and somewhere along the line, claim that Walker is a kook. Presto, someone like Jeb or Romney becomes the front runner. These days, this stuff writes itself. :-(

It’s cool. One or two debates and Cruz And his wife will be picking out curtains for the Oval Office. Don’t need to be a target and peak too soon. This is just getting in gear. Jeb should be worried, he has no base and the GopE whiners I hear pushing him are sounding absolutely desperate to the point of it becomming comedy IMHO. Just wait until full Bush derangement syndrome kicks in...

He hasn’t announced. It doesn’t matter right now. He will likely have his chance at the top. It is a game of King of the Hill. What matters is who is on top of the hill in 11 months.

I'm going to toss this out there for discussion:

2016: Scott Walker/Carly Fiorina

Listen to this interview and see if you think she'd compliment Walker - and with the chops to go after Hillary.

Bret Baier's Interview: The Presidential Contenders: Carly Fiorina

Her history

Her father - Joseph Tyree Sneed, III: "Sneed was part of a controversial three-judge panel that replaced Whitewater special prosecutor Robert B. Fiske with Kenneth Starr in 1994."

I’m shocked.

‘described by one insider to Daily Mail Online as becoming ‘everyone’s second choice’

And who might ‘one insider’ be? I love the way they always slip in the ‘man behind the curtain’s’ opinion. I’m looking at Walker as #1 not 2nd.

What I don’t get is why Ted Cruz isn’t in the top two or three.

For most of his national career, Cruz has been (a) a minority party senator who (b) spends a lot of time making rousing and truthful speeches, but strictly in front of very friendly audiences.

(B) makes him very popular in places like FR. But it doesn't show that he can take on the Democrats in their houses and beat them, as Walker has.

I like Cruz a lot and if he is the nominee, I'll support him completely. But at this point he hasn't shown me that he can win any states that Romney didn't. Our kind of conservatism is a minority taste these days.
