Loving something means that it is a value to that person. Loving it and wanting to destroy it are contradictory and incompatible.
Obama is EXACTLY what the founders wanted to prevent from happening, which is why the classification of natural born citizen was instituted as a qualifier for holding one of only two jobs in a country of millions, whether the population was 5,000,000, 50,000,000, or 500,000,000. Fourteen years a resident. 35 years of age. A natural born citizen, which is to be born of citizen parents- (PLURAL) and- be born upon this country's soil.

A fear of a divided loyalty was the primary reason to establish a criteria that would give the country a Commander in Chief that had but one loyalty, a loyalty to one's birth right/nation.

The republicans don’t love America, or should I say, Americans, much either. Both Bush and Obama want to repopulate the US with immigrants. Bush wants low wage highly educated ones and gardener class labor for his rich donors and Obama wants ignorant minorities and muslims for his voting base. In either case the middle class white christian population is persona non grata in their own country

There are two nations within our borders. There is The United States Of America and there is Democratland. The citizens of the United States get their money by working. The citizens of Democratland get their money by taking it from the citizens of The United States. Obama loves Democratland. He loathes The United States.
