Congress has refused to do their sworn duty and is ignoring their promise to the people to stop the dictator Obama's abuse of power. Why is there still a US Congress since there is no longer enforced Constitutional law? Obama might as well use his pin for another EO to disband Congress and send them ALL home. Him and the Clintons can use that money to enforce their communist agenda.

Congress is a sad, pathetic lot of losers. When they’re on their frequent “breaks” nobody notices their absence.

Someone in Treasury signed the checked or authorized the transfer of money. Subpoena them and sweat them. Make them pay the money back. This is theft.

He spends whatever he wants. He makes whatever laws he wants. He ignores the authority of the other branches of government.

As you say, he answers to no one.

“Out of control” isn’t enough to describe this government anymore.

The full impotence and ineptitude of the Republicans is on display for all to see. There are no more excuses for them.

This is a new age in America, where an Administration will simply ignore court demands it does not agree with. They do this without worry because there will be almost no push back from Congress. The only way this trend will be ended is if the Republicans elect the next president, and if control of congress reverts to the Democrats. Once Nancy or somebody has that gavel back, they will show no mercy nor will they show any hesitation in bringing every charge possible.
The RINOs share in this diminshing strength of the Law.

I wonder how many Congress critters have invested in these health insurance companies. I understand that the bonehead’s investment has more than doubled thus far now worth $1.6 million.

The Antideficiency Act prohibits federal employees from:

1)making or authorizing an expenditure from, or creating or authorizing an obligation under, any appropriation or fund in excess of the amount available in the appropriation or fund unless authorized by law. 31 U.S.C. § 1341(a)(1)(A).

2)involving the government in any obligation to pay money before funds have been appropriated for that purpose, unless otherwise allowed by law. 31 U.S.C. § 1341(a)(1)(B).

3)accepting voluntary services for the United States, or employing personal services not authorized by law, except in cases of emergency involving the safety of human life or the protection of property. 31 U.S.C. § 1342.

4)making obligations or expenditures in excess of an apportionment or reapportionment, or in excess of the amount permitted by agency regulations. 31 U.S.C. § 1517(a).

Federal employees who violate the Antideficiency Act are subject to two types of sanctions: administrative and penal. Employees may be subject to appropriate administrative discipline including, when circumstances warrant, suspension from duty without pay or removal from office. In addition, employees may also be subject to fines, imprisonment, or both.

It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place, which you have dishonoured by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice; ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government; ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money.

Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess? Ye have no more religion than my horse; gold is your God; which of you have not barter’d your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth?

Ye sordid prostitutes have you not defil’d this sacred place, and turn’d the Lord’s temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices? Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation; you were deputed here by the people to get grievances redress’d, are yourselves gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors. In the name of God, go!

Then SUBPOENA the Bastard, then JAIL HIM for “Inherent Contempt” while you Impeach him and have him removed from office. Hold him in the Congressional Jail until he is CHARGED with EMBEZZLEMENT of $3BILLION DOLLARS, if he cries, declare him an Enemy Combatant and have him sent to GITMO.
