Absolutely. This is clearly a misappropriation of funds by violating appropriate authorization that is basic to every entity that has cash and assets to manage. There is no excuse under the sun for this.

So much for the power of the purse...Congress has been emasculated with the willing help of the RINO leadership. We are now living in a fascist state.
Congress should pass legislation to authorize the purchase and appropriate funds for bells and long horns with flags adorned for use in every public square. A new department would consist of employees to act as squires and criers. Then, in the future when Ø has a new edict, horns would be blown and the town squires would read them to the subjects.
Owebama is treating ACA as a blank check.

Yes, all patriots should act accordingly, but in fact how many out there fit the term closely enough to take action at the risk of their lives or fortune?
I pray for that to happen while too many pray for God to directly sweep them away so they don’t have to take action that might risk their comfortable position.
It seems that nobody even considers resistance by the states or civil disobedience anymore; no, that would be stooping to their tactics.

The ACA is obviously ruining the US health care industry unless one is attached to the government and that was the plan all along. That is why plugs Biden through his spittle, uttered the words “this is a big effing deal” because it will and IS making many in DC very wealthy.
