The Islamic State is part of the geo-politics of the Third Way. The insider on both sides of the aisle are supporters of the Third Way. GW Bush was a Third Wayer. Compassionate Conservatism was his name for the Third Way.

The supporters of the Third Way are elitists that label anyone who doesn’t understand the politics of the Third Way as bumbling idiots. It gives them cover for not explaining what they are trying to do.

Putin and most of the other leaders of the world are also advocates of the Third Way, but it has been a little different outside of the US because the US has been the focus and target of their political organizing. The Eurozone is a Third Way economic zone of shared responsibility. Putin is rebuilding the USSR as another zone and the Middle East is to be a zone also. That is why Obama does not want Netanyahu to speak here. There is no place for an autonomous Israel in the Islamic State.

ISIS was brought into existence - whether their own leaders know it or not - to defend the petrodollar against the machinations of the Iranians and Russians.

As such, despite their public brutality, ISIS has many clandestine supporters among "Western" governments and global financial interests. Senator John Palpatine of Arizona is just one of many loyal subjects who act as they are commanded to with regard to such issues.
