Panic ,how can anyone tell , Obama White House is always in a Panic

We need to be careful to distinguish "panic", "debacle", "hysteria", "terror", "thrashing", "hysteria", "frenzy", "rout" and "charlie foxtrot".

Any (or all) could apply to the Obama White House at any point in time.
