If she has the following as described in the thread report, it is NOT hypochondria or the docs are quacks!

“People with ME/CFS, the report noted, are more ‘functionally impaired’ than those with Type 2 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, and congestive heart failure—diseases that we know to be very grave indeed.”

People by and large dont GET,...what we’ve been calling Chronic Fatigue...at all.

Most appear to assume that when one mention’s fatigue....its something they’re familiar with.

My doctor wants me to come in for and 18 hour fast,,,blood test...and that means no coffee,...nor cigarettes before arriving for the test. Id need to be taken there by attendants.

I’ve been using Colloidal Silver for several weeks and I think I may be in the Candida Die-Off Stage at this point...because symptons i havent had in years are re appearing..including sneezing bouts....intestinal gas,...and itchy rashes like I cant remember.

Its the INVISIBLE disease!

Im not even vague;y familiar with cortisol.

Thanks!

Get yourself tested for food allergies. Blood test would be best. I had problems for years and finally a doctor I was working with decided to test me across the board and I came up positive for a number of things (at a lower level, where the reaction was mild enough to allow multiple exposures before things got really bad). Once I eliminated those foods from my diet, I was a new man. Now, what caused those allergies is a whole different can of worms.

allergies yes....a very strong yeast allergy as per the tests done almost 7 years ago,

I mistakenly avoided eating bread......think Bread....has yeast in it....

Ive been infomed that my digestive function is really pretty bad...and thus there is no absorbtion of much of what I can eat.

Ive found that oxylent..a powdered vitamine mineral etc...product...for a time...actually brings my energy level to what I seem to remember as normal.

I am being seen by the NOVA Neuroimmune clinic.

My understanding is that what goes on in your gut is very important and I don’t understand it at all except that the clinic gives me a lot of handouts to read and vitamin regimens to follow, which I do. I am lucky that I am in driving distance from NOVA.

Thank you

“She told me that it almost destroyed her life, because before she was very athletic and driven to achieve. Afterwards, any driven activity would cause her to crash. She had to pace her life and avoid almost everything that made her happy.”

That is the perfect description of the kind of tragic person afflicted with ME/CFS...an “A-type” personality who gets labeled a malingerer by certain folks who seem to get their jollies by coming onto CFS threads to mock CFS sufferers because some wife or girlfriend or co-worker on disability seemed to them to be faking!

What your girlfriend was describing is has the technical name of “post-exertional malaise”...a stupidly inadequate name which really means “total incapacitation after a pathetically tiny bit of exercise”.

you might want to take raw adrenal made by Standard Process Labs, their products are natural, unfortunately the FDA tried to close them down.

Reallu oddly coincidently before reading your message I had just began to clear my desk and noticed that Id left my bottle Raw Adrenal Extract.....On my desk.

Standard Process is the brand my Chiropractor from way back in the 1970s distributed!

I can’t remember the number of times the FDA has gone after supplement makers.

Thank you.

I think Im definately in the die off stage for the candida..as several symptoms have BLOOMED recently

Make up a 1/2 gallon of Clorox water. Put in six ounces of straight Clorox to the rest water in the 1/2 gallon (64 ounces). Pour an amount over your body after each shower or bath and rub it around to cover every inch below your eye/face. Let sit for a minute or two then towel dry (use white towels washed in Cloroxed laundry and dry on high heat).

Acidophilus daily, even with each meal can reduce the yeast dramatically in the gut. And stay away from pasta and breads. Eat lots of fish and chicken for a couple of weeks, and fresh veggies, no boiled veggies.

wow, you’re the first person “I met” who knew about Standard Process Labs. Same here, been taking the supplements on and off since the 1970’s. My chiropractor loved those supplements and came out of retirement when Dr. Versendaal made his tapes. The problem the FDA has or as Dr. Atkins called them the F’nDa, is that the vitamins standard makes actually work!!

50 bucks a bottle here in 2015. That sounds about right. considering it out priced the other forms of calcium back in the mid 70’s

Thank you.
