The last thing the left wants is an honest and thorough discussion of the McCarthy hearings.

That's what I was thinking. This moron is leading with his chin. The minute the Venona intercepts came public, the lies about Joe McCarthy became counterfeit.

Time now to dissect the campaign against McCarthy and trace its venomous tentacles back to their origins, and give everyone involved the serious comeuppance they need.

That would include Edward R. Murrow and other liberal icons.

Eisenhower had a bad habit of giving people up and sending another man to give the guy the shank. He did it with George Patton and he did it twice with Dick Nixon, once successfully (the latter in the 1960 stolen election aftermath, when Nixon was thinking about taking Dick Daley and his Mob helpers to federal court -- Ike stepped on Nixon, told him to sit down and shut up; Ike never liked Nixon n/w/s Nixon got Ike the nomination in 1952 when he delivered Gov. Earl Warren of California and his delegates).

Instead of stepping up and delousing America using the road map afforded him by Venona, Ike and the Wise Men (feces be upon them) decided to back down and protect the Venona secret instead, while the Communist underground was eating our lunch.

Walker apparently doesn’t know the difference between democracy and terrorism. Walker is partly right that hundreds of thousands of Wisconsin workers occupied and surrounded the Capitol for weeks after Walker pulled a surprise attack with a law to destroy their union collective bargaining rights, an attack that he never mentioned during his election campaign. Yet there wasn’t a single beheading in Capitol Square. Walker was the only one threatening people’s lives.
