And you want to rent the one or two-room cottage in your backyard...and you don't want to be at least overtly sanctioning known sexual activity outside of marriage by renting it to a cohabitating couple...say it was a cohabitating heterosexual couple...

...but, boy, you keep out 2-3 lesbians, a pair of transgenders, etc...and look out, the Mormon Church sanctions the state comin' right after you!
