QUESTION: Still on Iran, in Riga, I think, High Representative Mogherini mentioned that she thought some steps, I think she said, stand in the way of a framework or understanding on the nuclear program, but she also said a deal – a good deal is at hand. Do you share that assessment that a good deal is there for the taking at this point?
MS. HARF: I share the assessment that a good deal is possible. We’re not going to accept a bad one. There are still roadblocks we are trying to overcome, but we believe we can get there by the end of March.

I hate the word “deal” when used in a professional or sales setting. It sounds sleazy and tricky. I sold RE for many years, and that is one word I was told, early on to NEVER use and I never did. It was just as easy to say transaction.
I hear “deal” all the time from this smart and well educated administration, which shows just how stupid they are, and it makes me cringe.
Good deal? Yeah, but no doubt the “good deal” is for Iran.

I thought we’d already been told that Iran had nixed any deal that’s been proposed and Kerry flew off to Saudi Arabia a couple of days ago supposedly to counter South Korea’s friendship and influence with them... It’s more of “Who’s On First?”
