"Hillary has already IMPLODED"
Townhall.com ^ | March 8, 2015 | Ken Blackwell

Editor's Note: This column was co-authored by Bob Morrison.

Hillary has already imploded. An unnamed Democratic leader in the important state of Iowa has publicly worried: "What if she implodes?"

We believe she has already imploded. The current scandal du hour is but the latest in a long line of Clinton scandals. Have we all forgotten the Rose Law Firm papers that were subpoenaed as part of the Whitewater investigation? She just happened to "find" them several years late. Maybe she misplaced them while dusting the third floor of the White House. Then there was her accusation that Bill and Monica were all part of "a vast right wing conspiracy." Eight month later, after a number of terror attacks on our embassies while we were fixated on the latest Clinton scandal, we learned that it really was Bill and Monica after all. Hillary was, by her own admission, the last of 315 Americans to figure that one out.

Quick study.

Let's not rehearse the horror of Benghazi. Congressional committees must get to the bottom of that one.

But just consider Hillary's reaction to the killing of Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi. He was an evil man to be sure. He murdered a college friend of one of these writers (Morrison). He deserves no pity to be sure.

She is seen on camera cackling over Gaddafi's gruesome death. Clubbed, sodomized, shot, Gaddafi was put to death in a way Americans would not put down a vicious rabid dog.

And what did we get for her jubilation? A vile new regime that damned Gaddafi for turning over the Lockerbie bomber. A new crew who looked the other way while four brave Americans were killed in Benghazi.

"We came, we saw, he died!" That's Hillary's on-camera boast. That was surely the most disgraceful moment in U.S. Diplomatic history (until perhaps Mr. Obama's contemptuous treatment of Prime Minister Netanyahu's address to Congress).

Can anyone imagine Secretary of State Edward R. Stettinius reacting in such an ugly way to the gory death of the Duce, Benito Mussolini, in April 1945? The Italian fascist dictator was shot and his body was strung up in a Milan gas station. Mobs spat upon his corpse.

Did these brutal men deserve their fate? Surely. But there was a time when American leaders did not exult in evil. Schadenfreude is a GERMAN thing, after all.

Democrats are taking stock. Hillary has been proclaimed the "prohibitive favorite." And she just might survive this latest scandal.

After all, she's already survived more fatal falls than Rasputin did before they finally sank him in the Neva River. Bill and Hillary have "no shame," their communications director George Stephanopoulos taught us.

For Democrats nervously awaiting the next shoe that will drop, they should know by now that Madam Secretary has more shoes than Imelda Marcos.

She’s probably never held her half-Jewish grandbaby for other than photo-ops.

WHEN will we be free of this hag?

Beware. I still remember Rush playing that Paul Shanklin song in his rotation back in the nineties: Clinton’s Unelectable.

The same stupid voters that voted for that arrogant pos occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave in 2008 and 2012 will vote for her, and if many on our side will sit on their butts because they don’t like the nominee, she is guaranteed to be the next president

Beautiful response, but you’re projecting normal human emotion onto someone who likely does not share them. She wants to be president, period.

As Rush says...never underestimate the Clintons.

I am old enough to remember that all of the TV networks interrupted normal programming for months to cover the Watergate hearings gavel to gavel.

Now, "American Pravda" is part of Team Tyranny, and "reporters" are disgraceful jokes.

What will cost Hillary the nomination again is Hillary not any scandals. Hillary is not very likable and comes across as shrill and condescending. Her age is also a factor. Look at 2008 when everyone also assumed Hillary would get the nomination and an obscure Black Senator from Illinois with no experience or track record easily took the nomination from her. She is a poor candidate and would get the nomination only if the Democrats can’t come up with anyone else.

For your average Dim voter, a criminal history is a resume enhancer. Dims are immoral by nature, so the have no trouble supporting their fellow travelers.
If you have a jebbush v Hitlery race, Hitlery will win. jebbush will get rinos but very few real conservatives. Hitlery will still get most of the Dims; she will get a few less blacks than zero of course, but that’s the limit of erosion she’ll have to worry about. The funny thing is, the black voters won’t stay home because of some e-mail scandal, they’ll stay home because Hitlery ain’t black.

“It will be Bush vs Clinton redux in 2016. Both are deeply flawed, but neither party has anyone else with name recognition.”

... and the lowest election turnout by far in all American history.

“The winner will be the one controlling the voting machines.”

I live in Pennsylvania where the City of Philadelphia keeps the polls open long enough to garner the vote margin necessary to cancel out my vote. I know all about “controlling the voting machines.”

Everyone remembers 911, yet who remembers 226 when the Mohammedans tried to take the WTC down from below? Shouldn’t this have been considered a warning as to future events?
