Where's the Conservative Outcry on Ferguson Police Abuses?

They went in looking for a racist scape goat, and I just assumed when they couldn't find one, they created one.

That's it, exactly. DoJ concluded that Wilson's use of lethal force was justified. They then took a deeper look into how the Ferguson justice system worked and discovered that it was structured bottom to top to generate revenue rather than promote public safety.

Then they noticed that Blacks, accounting for 70% of the population, accounted for 85% of the revenue-generation targets and decided it was enough of a correlation to give them a pretext to cry "RACISM" as a means of advancing their larger agenda.

After reading the article take a good look at the comments. Particularly the one by the guy who says (seemingly gleefully) that he's dashing off to crucify Conservatives in the Racial Justice class he teaches. The truth is that there's no way to find any sort of common cause with these people. So why try?

Um.. Apparently our many many critical posts about local corruption only counts if it is about Ferguson. A broken light violation in my area will cost you the price of a bulb, a trip to the local sheriff station, $20 for the officer to see if the bulb works, and $85 in court service fees, victim recovery fund, battered women fund and local policing fund.

Maybe because we don’t see that a group that everywhere is disproportionately responsible for crime and violence is “wronged” when 67% is guilty of 91%.

How many conservatives are in Ferguson’s public offices ? (elected by those same black voters who rioted and looted?)

Maybe the Dems in charge setup all those fines policies because their residents demand too many services and pay too few taxes to pay for them.

It is Democrats that want to collect revenue any way they can to spend on their favorite program of the week. With more government comes, well, more government... More government requires more money from its citizens since it doesn't produce wealth itself.

I want less government. With less government comes less demand for money from government with more freedom.

This Atlantic writer is a hypocrite because he wants more government while at the same time complaining that more government is demanding more money from the people it enslaves...

So you'd think that they'd be outraged to learn that officials in one municipality treat residents as revenue sources rather than citizens.

Show me a government at any level that doesn't do this; you can't.
