When Hillary quit being Secretary of State, she was supposed to sign a form that said she had turned over all of her work related emails. It is a crime to lie on this form. But the "most transparent administration in history" is refusing to say whether or not she signed this form.

What may have happened before Hillarys press conference with selected UN reporters on Tuesday:

Hillary: Mr President, can you help me with this matter? I’m a little worried

Obama: Hillary, just bring the server to me and let’s see what’s on it

Hillary: Mr President, you know I can’t do that, it’s private

Obama: Hillary, without the server and not knowing what’s on it, I don’t see how I can help you

Hillary: Mr President, you just have to trust me

Obama (Chuckle) Hillary, no, I don’t trust you, that’s the point. Hope it goes well for you. And I’m informing my staff to distanced itself from you and your staff. And by the way, I have a special team right now going over all your expenses, staff finances and expenditures for all State Department personnel. And the IRS is going to be looking at your tax returns. I just can’t have any surprises. Oh and your WH access has been denied for now. Good Luck

Hillary: But Mr. President, (Click) Hello? Hello? Mr President? Hello? Oh crap!

If she did sign it then there’s perjury.

If she didn’t sign it, why was the special favor granted? Someone else would have been in on this to permit the requirement not to be “required.”

When asked if Hillary Clinton signed the form, Psaki said: "I think this has been asked, it was more than two years ago; I don't have an update on that specific question at this point."

Not to worry, they're trot out Marie Harf to explain further, LOL!

Jen Psaki and Obama can’t answer whether Hillary Clinton complied with the law.

The significance of this is they’re tossing her under the bus.

Lying on a Separation Agreement is a felony.

Its more than just about whether Hillary did public business on her private e-mail server now.

Apparently, the Department is committed to dragging out and lengthening this scandal for as long as possible.

I am fine with it being dragged out until 2016.

If she signed it, she would have remembered. And she would have already came forward with it.

Her silence means she is getting ready for another lie to tell us, or...they are going to have her sign one and back date it.

It’s the way these criminals work.

“...All employees of the State Department

SF-109 STATE-USIA Separation Form

So what is the penalty if you don’t sign it?
