If Cruz takes office in 2017 (which is likely to happen), and a Democrat in Congress goes on a “fact finding” trip to another country without EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS from the White House, then that Democrat should be ARRESTED upon his arrival.
If it’s a group of Democrats, then there’s a good chance that we can pass some USEFUL LEGISLATION while those Democrats are wasting away in jail for their ILLEGAL transgressions.

This is Ferguson redux. The Soros liberals/progressives seize on an event that suits their agenda and coordinate broadcast saturation (”Hands up, don’t shoot.” / “I can’t breathe.”) of a false narrative, that they know to be false, before anyone can study the facts of the case. It is also a coy message that if Obama wipes his butt with the Constitution in contempt of Congress, then they too can play that game. I wonder if this is the reason for “No-boner” Boehner’s invite to Netanyahu.
The further fact that 300k+ of our fellow citizens and dozens in national media petition that 1/2 of the sitting Senate be prosecuted for the highest crime in the country....treason...is shocking in its utter naivete at best, or complete contempt for consequence at worst.
What would happen if Obama did so? What would the Senators do? What would their states do? What would you do?

The DC Republicans have proven they won’t fight to the death over taxes, debt, or illegals. Why?
They really want the same thing in these policies as the Democrats. More pork, screw the debt, and cheap labor for the new commercial slave empires is their aim. So the DC Repub elite may put on a show for the yocals back home. But they know who butters their bread and who they really serve.
HOWEVER. The DC Republicans just might fight over Iran and Israel.
The Sunni Arab lobby and their billions, and the Jewish lobby and their millions, let alone the fundamentalist populists all wanting one thing. Israel safe and Iran’s nuke and regional hegemon dreams not only stopped cold, but the a full regime change.
If Obama threatens that outcome with a peace deal that risks the Arab princelings and emirs power and the long term security of Israel, then the gloves may come off.
Billions in lobbyist money and tens of millions of fundamentalist Christians carrying torches and pitchforks crying for Obama’s hide make a pretty good coalition. Cloak yourself in the flag and the Bible and make a stand.
Well then, then they may well fight tooth and nail against a presidential usurper even if it means a REAL constitutional crisis or a civil war in out backyard.
