Carville: Clinton challengers wasting their time (Hussein 'has damaged the Democratic Party')
The Hill ^ | 3/15/15 | Kyle Balluck

Posted on 03/15/2015 12:22:01 PM PDT by Libloather

James Carville said in an interview broadcast Sunday that it would be a waste of time for any Democrat to challenge Hillary Clinton in 2016.

“I’ve had maybe three people come up to me and say, ‘Well, I’m for somebody else other than Hillary,’ “ the Democratic strategist told host John Catsimatidis on “The Cats Roundtable” on AM 970 in New York.

“And I know I run into more Democrats in more places than maybe anybody else in the United States,” he added.

“Of course, Senator [Jim] Webb and Governor [Martin] O’Malley can say anything they want. But, in terms of the party, every poll that you see shows … 86 percent of the Democrats say they’re going to vote for Hillary … I don’t know how much data you can get, but who am I to tell Senator Webb or Governor O’Malley, who I both know, that you can’t run?” he asked.

“You’re not going to win. But if you want to waste your time, that’s your business.”

Carville also said he doesn’t think President Obama “can take a side against Secretary Clinton,” adding that Obama has damaged the Democratic Party.

“In the South we’re kind of decimated,” Carville said.

Carville also said former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) could be a formidable candidate.

He said he’d like to see New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) or Donald Trump run against Clinton in 2015, but added that he’s “not going to have that choice.”

I agree, Warren is the one. Which is amazing, because she’s a nobody who has done nothing. But they know that she is a True Believer, so they want her to have the power. She will complete what Obama has started.

Hillary The Crooked Lawyer

Read "Hillary's Pursuit of Power" by Jerry Zeifman

The following information is summarized from The Florida Times Union March 8, 2014

Jerry Zeifman was counsel to, and chief of staff of, the House Judiciary Committee during the Watergate investigation. Zeifman supervised Hullary Clinton who at the time was a young lawyer working on the Watergate investigation team.

In Zeifman’s 2006 book, Hillary’s Pursuit of Power he makes the statement that she “...engaged in a variety of self-serving unethical practices in violation of House rules.”

On his now closed website, Zeifman also stated that “Hillary Clinton is ethically unfit to be either a senator or president — and if she were to become president, the last vestiges of the traditional moral authority of the party of Roosevelt, Truman and Johnson will be destroyed.”

Zeifman said that Hillary and others wanted Richard Nixon to remain in office to bolster the chances of a Democrat being elected president.

Zeifman said that in 1974 a young lawyer came to him to apologize that he and Clinton had lied to him. The

Another lawyer, John Labovitz, who also worked for Zeifman and shared an office with Clinton, is quoted saying that he was dismayed with “… her erroneous legal opinions and efforts to deny Nixon representation by counsel — as well as an unwillingness to investigate Nixon.”

Zeifman made the charge that Hillary regularly consulted with Ted Kennedy’s chief political strategist, a violation of House rules.

According to Zeifman, Hillary’s conduct was the result of not wanting Nixon to face an impeachment trial because Democrats worried that Nixon might bring up abuses of office by President John Kennedy.

Zeifman states that Rodham joined others in trying to change House rules and deny counsel to Nixon. In order to pull this off, he said that Rodham wrote a fraudulent legal brief, and confiscated public documents.

After the Nixon impeachment investigation was finished, Zeifman fired Rodham and said he refused to give her a letter of recommendation.

Zeifman is reported as saying he regrets not reporting Rodham to the appropriate bar association.

Someone on this board predicted Carville would come out and say something to ‘protect’ Hillary after the email debacle. His CV should probably list his job as ‘Clinton Enabler’

He’s right. All those Democrats would Vote for Hilary even if she spent her free time torching Puppies to feed to her Grandchild.

I think the problem is the Democrat Voter, not Hillary.

Carville does not make it difficult to realize who is paying him.

He did pretty well as an actor in “The US vs. Larry Flint.”

James is gonna have to step up his game as Barack & Val throw Hillary, and Bill, under the bus.

It is being reported Val was responsible for the NYTimes email story on Hillary.

Hillary had the nomination locked up in 2008 too.

She may yet win that much, this idea that she’s had it or is going to jail is overblown. Maybe she’ll sink quickly, but don’t count on it.

If she had a strong contender for the nomination she’d be done for, due to the vetting process. But she has no competition at this time. O’Malley? Really? Lieawatha has already been bought off. She runs only if Hillary gets out.

Nothing Hillary has done as far as scandals bothers Democrats, it only enhances her resume. They want a crook who will do anything to advance the agenda. Her worst problem is that she isn’t seen as liberal enough by the Dem base.

And if she get the nomination, the election better not be close, because if it is, she will win, and you know how.

“and there is a real possibility that she will go to jail, just has Petraeus did.”

Well, that’s theoretically possible; in real political terms, I’d put that possibility somewhere between none and zero. Who will do this now? Obama’s DOJ? Seriously? And post 2016 - what a spin opportunity for liberals - rich white men in Congress beating up an old grandmother.

Well, he has been an actor for many, many years, and he’s very good at it.

I would have said the same thing a couple of weeks ago ... but now? I think something happened. I think Obama wants to destroy her.

I wonder what kind of monthly retainer the Clintons pay nightcrawlers like Carville and Lanny Davis. They are always there to pounce on a moment’s notice.

Probably why Holder is leaving. Bambi wants to charge Hillary but holder has to much baggage from when he worked for Bill. He won’t do if for fear of his dirt becoming public, so V.J. digs up his replacement.
