I can’t understand why he had a tomb? I think he had it built when he was in power. I don't believe he's buried there.

He is still very popular in his home town and many Sunni Arab areas, especially since the Iraqi government became shia sectarians. In hindsight, not Iraq and the world would have been a better place if we had left the moustachioed bastard in place.
