Running on the right side of the road is stupid.

Hopefully Mr Crosby wasn’t getting wasted on the way.

Sounds like a prime candidate for a self driving car. But, being one of the elite, he probably will have his lawyers prove that the pedestrian was at fault somehow.

Driving in a body that has been so permeated over the years with an array of drugs that would make CVS envious is also dangerous.

How unlucky for Crosby to be “behind the wheel” when his car decided to do this bad thing.

Mr. Crosby, who was driving into the sun, did not see the jogger on the right side of the road. The man, Jose Jiminez, 46, of Santa Ynez, was struck and fell to the ground.

Jose, can you see... by the dawns early light.....

I always see runners on the right side and they act like they’re impervious to cars. They assume that the car sees them. With everyone texting, eating, talking on cell phones, putting on makeup and doing everything BUT driving, I never trust the other driver.

“Driving into the sun can be dangerous.”

Driving a car that makes little or no noise is also problematic. Then there’s the issue of ear buds and an iPod if one was present. Still it’s the driver of the car who is obligated to see and avoid.

Mr. Crosby, throughout his career, has always had a little trouble, staying away from anything that ‘enhanced the conscoiusness’.

But now, we have had a first!

An obama car has now been fully registered with it’s first traffic accident, not caused by a battery fault, but by a human, who might have been ... on a different plane.

The ‘choam president’ must be proud.

It sounds like a simple accident.

So if you take out a jogger in an electric car does that mean the car has a *negative* carbon footprint?

Driving into the sun can be dangerous.

Got hit on my Harley years ago for the same reason.

So, if I understand this correctly, this is like the SUV attacks we had in the 90s? David Crosby was minding his own business when his eeeevil Tesla ran over a man?

Don’t go a walkin’ in Manhattan Beach; a lot of Eevil cars will want to kill you.
