Yes and no. Some people are born with incomplete (or sometimes complete) parts of both and the parents flip a coin as to how they’re going to raise the kid.
These are the people who truly need the surgery to match their genetics.
I don’t think that it’s the usual fraud case of “I feel like a girl” so I’m going to pretend and everybody has to believe it.
No idea. And it doesn’t matter. We’re being steamrolled.
