I know the Desert scenes of Tatooine were filmed in Tunisia.
BTW: 20k rounds of ammo is NOT what I would consider to be a lot of ammo. Certainly not what I would refer to as an “arms cache”. Of course, the RPGs are another matter. I know several people that have more ammo than that in their homes or on their property. I *may* have that much as well.
