The Saudis will draw a red line in the sand/aka border with the blood of Iran’s puppets.
We are seeing what happens when the US is no longer a force for good and stability in the world. For all those who wanted the world to take care of itself, we can see the effect of their efforts, when there is no moral or spiritual or political leadership.
We have and will need to do major work to restore peace in the world and to bring back the vestiges of civilization.
Have the Saudis ever really used their military on their own? I am drawing a blank on this.
I suspect that, like everything else, they would probably rather outsource it to foreigners (mercenaries).
Let the Arabs fight it out amongst each other for once without us getting involved.
This is a direct consequence of Obama’s policy of “Leading from Behind”. An artful way of saying “not leading at all”.
The House of Saud is coming to a behind the scenes collaboration with the one force in the region that can and is evidently willing to take Tehran out. They’ve never really given two s%!+s about the Palestinians anyway. No Arab country really does. As the ancient threat of Persian dominance and the Shia heresy grows Israel begins to look like a blessing to be in league with.
