Ferguson is just the poster child for North County. Actually I believe the Justice Department report was critical of a lot of the suburbs surrounding Ferguson, as well as Ferguson itself.
Why the focus on Ferguson alone? It seems that the leftists have to pin SOMETHING on Ferguson police to make up for their failure to destroy officer Wilson.

The point is that DOJ would not be putting ANY part of that area under the microscope if officer Wilson had not shot the thug. But I do agree that the right needs to make an issue of too many petty rules and regulations nationwide.
