But the timing of the measure has colored the debate in Indiana.

Racist.

The Boy Scouts of America caved on the issue of homosexuality so as to preserve corporate donations--Loss of that money (around 30 pieces of silver) would have seriously reduced budget and staff at national headquarters.

IOW, BSA "leaders" voted to preserve their jobs rather than stand against evil.

Since then, membership has declined and individual donations are down sharply. I was getting calls from my local Council at least once a week begging for cash until I told them to go pester the Sodomites.

Similar legislation to this was vetoed by the then Republican governor of Arizona Jan Brewer last year with business pressure said to be part of the reasoning behind her action.

Mitt Romney tweeted against the bill and John McCain attacked it as well.

In Alabama recently Republican Governor Bentley said he was not backing up Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore’s order to probate judges not to issue same sex marriage licenses out of fear of jobs being lost in the state.

That’s exactly what it is. The left and these people “outraged” are either stupid, lying, or have been lied to, about what the law is and its purpose. It’s as simple as that - and the press is going right along with it to misinform those they are entrusted with informing to further their agenda.

Well, the fact that few people in the United States are willing to actually read for themselves is the biggest problem, even bigger than the left, because it’s easy to believe them when you haven’t actually read it and wonder WTH the celebrities and news media are actually talking about. Even in my schooling, newspaper and news websites are not a neccessarily a golden primary source for research purposes when it comes to history, even the newspapers need confirmation and cross-checking.
