Yes. But those are not essential services like food, lodging, medical care, et al. They are luxury services.

Yes because it’s based on an assumption of law of supply and demand. If there are other bakers, florists in the area that is willing to provide the service without any moral objections, then there is no “discrimination” because the gays have an opportunity to get those services met at another business.
